Due to local weather conditions, all Stanly County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Staff will also operate on a two-hour delay.

The safety of our students and staff is our top priority, and this decision was made after careful consideration of current and forecasted conditions and consultation with emergency management services of current and forecasted conditions.

We encourage you to continue monitoring the Stanly County Schools district website, district and school Facebook pages, and School Messenger calls for the most up-to-date information regarding school schedules and any potential changes.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our school community safe.

All Stanly County Schools will be closed for staff and students on Monday, September 1, 2025 for the Labor Day Holiday.
